The clean look of the Via slot design decorative drain grate adds aesthetic appeal to the drainage system. The streamlined design drains water away while preventing leaves and debris from entering and potentially clogging drain pipes. This drain cover has an open surface area of 60.5 sq. in. per meter and 185 GPM flow rate. The grate has an NDS Class D load rating when properly installed, and is ADA compliant and heel proof. Use two of these half-meter (19.69 in.) grates to cover one BG-FILCOTEN 100 4 in. trench drain. Made of iron, the grate is painted black to inhibit rust, and over time it will form a protective iron-oxide patina.
