Installation & Maintenance
- Screw the top of timer onto an outdoor faucet or hose bibb; attach bottom to adapter (not included) to connect supply tubing
- Uses 2 AA batteries (not included); low battery indicator light will flash when battery levels run low; for winterization, remove timer from the drip system and bring inside; remove batteries to prevent corrosion
Materials & Sustainability
- Timer made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking
- Drip irrigation can reduce water usage by up to 70% compared to conventional sprinkler irrigation when used properly; for most drip irrigation products, water is applied precisely and at the rate the soil can accept it to prevent runoff and erosion
