The course is available in person or online. The online course is available in English or Spanish. 

Modules include:

NDS PRO Drip Irrigation Course


Available in person only, this course is tailored by an NDS Representative with modules chosen to elevate your expertise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started

A: Go to the training webpage: https://connect.ndspro.com/contractor-training and choose in-person training (where available) or online training (available 24/7).

A: Contact your NDS representative who will help you enroll in an available training event.

A: Both the drainage certificate and irrigation course completion certificate is valid for 2 years. If it’s been more than 2 years since you received your certificate, you will need to sign up for recertification of the course.

A: Successfully complete an available drainage or irrigation course, either online or in-person. 

A: In this case, you’d then be certified in irrigation. To be recertified for drainage, you would need to take the available drainage course.

A: No, it’s not necessary. One or the other will do, but taking both is recommended.

A: Your business should be listed within two weeks after we receive your survey form.

A:  Your business name, phone number, full address (not PO box), and website (if available) that you provided on the survey form will be listed.

Tier Prerequisites

A: Enter your license number (if required in your area) on the certificate form after the course final exam.

A: Send a copy of your proof of insurance to ProAlliance@ndspro.com.

A: Go to the Pro Alliance webpage: [URL] and you’ll see an application form. Select whether you’re applying for the Preferred Pro or Premier Pro tier.

A: Submit copies of your receipts or distributor sales report showing the date, quantity, part number, and total purchase amount to ProAlliance@ndspro.com.

A: For the first installation, contact your NDS representative to coordinate an in-person appointment of your project. For the second and third installations, you can submit photos, videos, or schedule a time for a FaceTime appointment.

A: Good question! The Partner Pro requirements are included with the Preferred Pro requirements. For details, please visit the Pro Alliance webpage at: [URL].

A: The Premier Pro tier requirements include all the prerequisites of the Partner Pro tier and goes beyond what’s listed for Preferred Pro tier. For details, please visit the Pro Alliance webpage at: [URL].

A: You will transition to the Partner Pro tier, and as long as you have completed training every two years, you will still be a member of the Pro Alliance program. If you are unable to complete the training program(s) every two years, you will no longer be a member of the Pro Alliance program.

A: Glad you asked! As long as it’s been a year since you completed either the drainage or irrigation course, that would represent the 1-year relationship.
