Contractors then progress to the Preferred member tier and ultimately to the Premier member tier—the highest level—based on performance requirements, with each tier offering greater benefits and rewards.

A: Both the drainage certificate and irrigation course completion certificate is valid for 2 years. If it’s been more than 2 years since you received your certificate, you will need to sign up for recertification of the course.

A: You will transition to the Partner Pro tier, and as long as you have completed training every two years, you will still be a member of the Pro Alliance program. If you are unable to complete the training program(s) every two years, you will no longer be a member of the Pro Alliance program.
