Protect underground water meter system components with the 13 in. X 20 in. D1500 meter box and cover. The black box is 12 in. high with a dual pipe slot on one end and is engineered with structural support ribs for durability. The black drop-in cover deters tampering and has a cast iron reader door. Molded into the cover are the markings "WATER METER" to identify components. The meter box and cover are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and treated with UV inhibitors.
